Originally from Indonesia, Felix Power immigrated to the United States from the Netherlands. In 1998, he relocated to the Sarasota area, where he specializes in residential properties located in Siesta Key, Village Green, Gulf Gate and beyond.

After earning a bachelor’s degree from the State University College at Buffalo, Felix entered the banking industry, where he served as an executive in a multi-billion dollar savings bank and managed mortgage lending and servicing functions. His professional background also includes retail bank operations, strategic planning director in the mergers and acquisitions group, and administrative services officer. After entering the real estate field in 1989, his customer-focused style of service resulted in award-winning accolades from the Sarasota Association of Realtors. To further his education, Felix has obtained the Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) designation and is a candidate to be a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS).

Active in the real estate community, Felix has been an executive officer and the president of the Sarasota Association of Realtors, and has served as a board member for both the Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He is currently serving as a member of the board of directors of the Siesta Key Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Nominating Committee and Grievance Committee of the Sarasota Association of Realtors, a member of the Florida Realtors Association Legislative and Regulatory Research Subcommittee, and Legislative and Regulatory Business Issues Subcommittee.

In his spare time, Felix enjoys fishing, reading and hosting dinner parties.
