Heidi’s passion for real estate began when she was just a child, sitting in on her parent’s meetings with builders and looking over blueprints as they began constructing their new family home in Lafayette, LA. As the new community developed, Heidi would walk around the homes, look at floorplans, beg to attend open houses and imagine she was selling the homes herself. Before she realized her lifelong dream, Heidi earned her cosmetology license and owned a salon. She was also a commercial insurance agent and pharmaceutical sales representative in California where she earned the top 2%. Heidi’s years in business and sales amounted to a wealth of resources and experience toward her real estate career when she decided it was time to follow her dream. She earned her license and served in Las Vegas, NV and Austin, TX markets for just more than 12 years before moving to Sarasota.
Both Heidi and her husband Brian grew up visiting Florida and always wanted to live here. Upon moving to Sarasota in early 2021, the couple of 12 years immediately immersed themselves in the culture, activities and way of life – even buying stand-up paddleboards. She particularly enjoys the walkable and water-accessible communities of the areas and looks forward to helping customers interested in those home opportunities.
