Janice acquired her approach of open communication and collaboration through her years of leading the sales divisions of luxury retail merchandisers, as well as cooperating on the ground level as a new home consultant selling new construction. With a bachelor’s in Journalism from Ohio State University, listening and utilizing the information to craft a premier experience for her customers became second nature. Janice’s devotion to customer service has been recognized by an Individual Excellence in Customer Experience Award and earned her the Winner Circle Award, which was based on volume, within her first five years of working in real estate.
Originally from a small town on the borders of Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania border, Janice knows the importance of community. Moving to Longboat Key in May of 2020, Janice has fallen in love with having the beach in her backyard where she can pass time shelling and kayaking. Most importantly, she adores spending quality time with her daughters – Katie, the oldest who is a producer for HGTV, and Caroline who works as a Wholesale Account Executive for luxury brands such as Valentino and Louis Vuitton.
