Originally from New Jersey, JENNIFER CALENDA, has made her home in Southwest Florida since 1998. In 2000, she embarked on what would quickly become a successful career in residential real estate; closing on 20 sales totaling nearly $5 million in just her first full year on the job. Since then, she has logged over $110 million in residential property sales.

Previously with Prudential Florida, her accomplishments there earned her membership in “The Chairman’s Circle Gold” and The Chairman’s Circle Platinum,” which placed her among the top 2-3% of agents nationwide. Moreover, for two years, she was recognized as “Tops in Customer Satisfaction” by Gulfshore Life Magazine in its annual reader survey for the Punta Gorda area.

Calenda offers exceptional business experience to her clients. After obtaining a degree in finance and accounting from Drexel University, in Philadelphia, she earned her MBA in finance & real estate from Rutgers University, in New Brunswick, N.J. She worked for 15 years in the Commercial Banking industry, where she earned the title of Senior Vice President and Director by the age of 36 before pursuing her desire to relocate to Florida.

In her spare time Jennifer serves as both a volunteer and a member of the board of directors for the Charlotte County Homeless Coalition.
