Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Kaitlyn earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. She moved to Parrish in August 2022 after living for over 10 years in Virginia, where she started out leasing luxury apartment homes and went on to a successful career in new construction before becoming a licensed Realtor® in 2017. Kaitlyn is passionate about connecting with people and helping buyers navigate the real estate market and is particularly interested in working with first-time homebuyers in fast-growing Parrish and move-up buyers in Lakewood Ranch.
Her knowledge of the area’s market and real estate trends as well as her negotiation skills and ability to think outside the box provide an advantage to her customers. Her affiliation with Michael Saunders & Company also gives her an edge, noting she chose the company because of its brand recognition, people, culture and values. Kaitlyn is also a member of the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM).
In addition to relishing the Gulf Coast’s fabulous year-round weather and picturesque beaches, Kaitlyn is a huge Disney fan and is thrilled to live less than 100 miles from Disney World. When not working, she enjoys cycling, hot yoga and attending concerts and festivals. She and her husband, who was her high school sweetheart, have 11 nieces and nephews and a 10-year-old dog named Poochie.
