Kim, originally from Akron, Ohio, has been a Florida resident for the past 20 years with much of her time residing on the beautiful southwest Gulf Coast. She has also lived in Dallas and Houston, Texas, along with Naples and Parkland, Florida while experiencing firsthand the joys and challenges of relocating a family. She brings with her a keen ability to foresee and address sudden obstacles and overcome challenges with ease to exceed the expectations of her clients. Kim’s excellent communication skills and warm personal style, along with her high level of integrity and enthusiasm, are also wonderful assets to those she works with.
Kim is newly married to her husband, Brian, and both are members of Epiphany Cathedral in Venice, as well as the Venice Yacht Club.
