A native to Michigan, Laura Tracy Clekis moved to Sarasota in 1984 and has been a Realtor in the Bradenton/Sarasota area since the late ‘90s. Laura is the wife of veterinarian Dr. Terry Clekis of Braden River Animal Hospital. Their blended family consists of four children and one grandchild. They fully enjoy all aspects of the Florida lifestyle, such as boating and riding their Harley Davidson motorcycles. Laura studied interior design and is active in numerous community affairs, including Diva Angels, the Humane Society and Honor Sanctuary Animal Rescue. She is currently working with her husband in creating an animal disaster rescue at the local level.
