In 2005, I started looking at investment properties on Siesta Key. I came across Maria, somehow, and we have been friends ever since! I had a million questions back then. I looked at many, many properties, all online. I wanted details/cash flow info/rent rolls/ etc in order to determine the ROI and overall affordability. Maria never wavered in her patience, and she consistently provided all the requested materials along with sound advice on location, resale values, and HOA intricacies.
