Marianne Lebar, REALTOR®

Marianne LeBar's 20 years of real estate experience span over three states: Penmsylvania, New Jersey, and since 1989, Sarasota, Florida where she earned her broker's license in 1995.

Marianne shares her expertise in working with 1031 Exchange clients, using her knowledge of future land use. Marianne also specializes in "West of the Trail," downtown and waterfront properties, and she is a member of the prestigious Master's Circle at Michael Saunders & Company. Marianne is currently president-elect for the Women's Council of Realtors and will be president for 2012. Marianne is a Toastmaster with the Sarasota Herald-Tribune and is currently Vice President of Education for Toastmasters. She has achieved her Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation, her Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist (SFR) designation, the coveted Performance Management designation (PMN) since 2010. She is currently working on her Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation.

Marianne loves to share her marathon and tri-athlete training with clients, friends and neighbors. One of the best things about living on the Gulf Coast is the sub-tropical weather for running, biking, swimming and boating.

Marianne and her two school-age children live with her husband, Michael Flanagan, the proprietor of WineGuyStore.com in Sarasota. As a food and wine enthusiast, Marianne often travels to Napa Valley and the thinks "Napa Style" is incredible, but Sarasota style is truly home.
