Mary Evelyn Guyton, REALTOR®

A sixth-generation Floridian, originally from Miami, Mary Evelyn Guyton attended Tulane University and earned her degree in business administration from The University of Texas in Austin. A Realtor since 1982, she brings a proven background of residential sales, appraisal and property management experience to every transaction.

Mary Evelyn initially worked with Michael Saunders & Company from 1998 – 2004 before returning in 2007. From 2005 – 2007, she expanded her field of specialty by committing to a real estate project in Eleuthera, Bahamas. Today, she continues to focus on properties throughout Florida’s Gulf Coast, of which she has an in-depth, intimate knowledge.

Mary Evelyn is heavily involved with a number of real estate boards and committees. These include: The Space Coast Association of Realtors, Grievance Committee, Education Committee, MLS Committee, Project and Events Committee, Leadership Development Committee, Nominating Committee, Realtors Political Action Committee (RPAC), Leadership Brevard and the Space Coast Chamber of Commerce.

In her spare time, Mary Evelyn is an avid tennis player and a palm tree farmer. She also enjoys world travel, having visited India, Nepal, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, the European continent and Britain, Central America, Thailand and Singapore.
