We've just received the keys to our new Sarasota home; it's hard to put into words all that Nancie has done for us. We found Nancie by doing an extensive search of the Sarasota market following an unsatisfactory previous experience. As a result, had high expectations: someone whom we felt could truly work on our behalf with our best interests, as out of town buyers. Listening to our needs; effective communicator; seasoned negotiator and well versed with Sarasota. Nancie has more than met our expectations. From previewing properties; countless emails, texts and calls; leveraging the best contract; indispensable liaison with our bank, attorney, sellers realtor, contractors; everyone and everything needed to seal the deal. We were amazed how seemingly effortless and with absolute grace Nancie pulled it all together in the most professional, personable way, all with the powerful backing and value laden representation that is Michael Saunders. As we have yet to move into our new home, from out of state, Nancie continues to help facilitate contractor visits, home updates, lending local resources to realize our new home vision and has gone above and beyond 110%.
