Nancie Kalin, REALTOR®

A proven professional with over 13 years of experience in the real estate industry, Nancie Kalin brings an accomplished background specializing in real estate leasing, property management and mortgage loan business development. A professed “Florida Girl,” Nancie grew up in Sarasota and is a graduate of Florida State University. Nancie offers a wealth of local community and market knowledge. From her early days as a real estate paralegal with Williams, Parker, Harrison, Dietz & Getzen attorneys, to her position as business development director for a local mortgage company and roles in property management and leasing, Nancie has always found time to keep her finger on the pulse of her real estate community.

Both enthusiastic and knowledgeable, Nancie prides herself in her remarkable ability to anticipate and respond to the needs of her clients, whether assisting them with buying or selling their home.

An active participant in community events and not-for-profit organizations, Nancie has volunteered her time with: Suncoast Community Blood Bank, Ringling Museum of Art, Asolo Performing Arts Center, Sarasota Opera, Suncoast Community Youth Basketball, Ringling School of Art & Design, SCOPE (Sarasota County Openly Plans for Excellence), Forty Carrots Family Center, Sarasota Ballet and Out-of-Door Academy. She has also served as the publicity chair for a number of non-profit fundraisers including: Vision Foundations Focus Florida Program “i-ball” with Prince Albert of Monaco as Guest of Honor; The John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art “UnGala Gala”; The Governor’s Ball with Marvin Danto and Paulette Schindler as co-chairs; and The Out-of-Door Academy “Extravaganza.” She is a recipient of the Legend Award for outstanding community service from Sarasota Scene Magazine.

Nancie loves competitive sports and is the mother of two college-aged children, both of whom born and raised in Sarasota.
