A seasoned real estate professional, Patricia Leavey brings over 32 years of experience to complement her expert skills in marketing, presentation, negotiating and sales. Patricia began her career in the real estate industry in 1977, working for Delta Real Estate in Massachusetts. An entrepreneur at heart, she opened Circle Real Estate in 1979, in which she partnered with her brother. She later purchased two Century 21 franchises, which consistently ranked among the top offices in Massachusetts.

Licensed in Florida since 2009, Patricia welcomes the opportunity to provide home buyers and sellers with the same exceptional service that has defined her flourishing career. Working out of our Siesta Key office, Patricia specializes in the Palmer Ranch area, as well as throughout the key. Personalized service with a lot of hand-holding to make the buying or selling process calm and successful is of the greatest importance to Patricia. A wealth of experience in the process of real estate is the key to what she can offer her customers. Patricia presently lives in Prestancia and is a member of the Newcomers Club and the New Sarasotans Club.
