A fourth-generation Floridian with three decades of successful real estate experience, Sue has a passion for delighting her clients. A native of St. Petersburg, Florida, she was raised in the construction industry, answering phones and keeping books for the family business, which instilled in her an understanding of the physical aspects of real estate. After graduating college, she gained valuable experience working for the appraisal company of a bank, where she learned about researching and appraising property, and the criteria that banks require when deciding to approve a home loan.

Her two years with the appraisal company ignited her interest in real estate. Sue earned her real estate sales and broker’s licenses, then went on to sell new homes for several developers in the St. Petersburg/Clearwater area, Fort Myers and Naples. She followed the growth into Manatee and Sarasota counties in 1995, working with may residential communities, first in new home sales and later as the manager of the resale department.

Because of her many years of new homes experience, Sue is skilled in space planning and decorating. Her depth of experience in both good and bad real estate markets, combined with her superior analytical skills, makes her able to anticipate issues that others don’t even see coming.

From her family’s fishing industry roots in the quaint village of Cortez, to her successful career in general real estate sales in the prestigious St. Armands office of Michael Saunders & Company, Sue has seen many changes during her lifetime. What has never changed is desire to exceed her customers’ expectations, serving with dedication, intelligence and good old fashioned common sense.
