We recently sold my home in Sarasota and were very pleased with Susan Mondello. She worked very hard to sell the villa, as I was unable to be in town, and had to turn it over to her completely, since I live in Chicago. She went beyond what we feel most realtors would do to accommodate our wishes and to finalize the sale, which we were very pleased with.
