Within the past year, Tim Koons-McGee has helped us sell both a commercial property and our residence. After an unsuccessful attempt to sell the commercial property with another realtor, we took it off the market for a couple of months before engaging Tim as our realtor. He had a number of creative ideas for how both to present and to market it, including a stunning brochure. Shortly after listing it, we had several interested buyers, and were able to sell it for almost full asking price. After several months, we were ready to sell our residence, and again Tim was extremely helpful.
