Wayne has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree from the University of Florida where he also played varsity baseball as pitcher for the Florida Gators. He was nominated for MVP in 1970 and was just honored at a recent celebration as one of the top 100 players to ever play at UF. Keith Kropp went above his call of duty. This is our second home purchase with Keith. He always was a phone call away if we had any questions. If he didn't answer. he was good to call back in a reasonable time. Keith would even call us up in Canada to check up on us. That's that personal touch everyone appreciates. Keith always was truly honest and upfront. He said what he thought to which we respected. This home purchase came with a few reasonable roadblocks. Keith was always ahead ad cleared the way to make this deal happen. Much appreciated and I give thanks and love our new home - much smaller and way less work for both of us.
