Geographically located east of I-75, the communities of East Manatee consist of riverfront, golfing and country club living along with many ranches and "Old Florida" homes sprinkled throughout the area. Waterlefe offers a boating and golfing community with residential options including townhouses, carriage homes and single-family residences. Some of the homes are nestled along the Manatee River, while others may offer frontage on Waterlefe golf course.
