Laurie has enjoyed a career spanning a variety of real estate roles but has always focused on building and maintaining relationships. Starting out her career she worked as a real estate office administrative assistant. Moved on to work for a REALTOR® association as the MLS Specialist, then a Project and training director, VP of Marketing and when she moved to Florida became the Assistant Manager at the largest Michael Saunders office in Sarasota. Laurie is now the Marketing & Agent Services Operations Manager for Michael Saunders & Company.
She enjoys public speaking, teaching, and helping others to grow. In every role her focus is to create an environment and culture that will enable every professional to elevate their abilities by coaching agents to use marketing and technology in more effective ways. While having a fun upbeat environment where they are motivated and enjoy coming to work every day.
