Shawn Strodoski has extensive experience in real estate and corporate sales, expert training and marketing skills, and a tremendous amount of real estate knowledge. She has been honored with the prestigious Top Real Estate Recruiter of the Year award for five consecutive years and recognized as a top Certified Sales Coach. As a member of Michael Saunders & Company's leadership team, Shawn brings experience, connections, and expertise to the Venice and Plantation offices.
Previously, Shawn held the position of regional vice-president of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty, where she oversaw Southwest Florida operations. Prior to this, she was the director of agent recruiting and assistant managing broker for Downing-Frye Realty, Inc., and real estate managing broker with Ebby Halliday and Coldwell Banker in Texas. With her strong background in sales and corporate sales training, Shawn has written successful agent recruiting/retention and coaching corporate training programs and sales training curricula for top local real estate firms and international corporate firms. She has also developed related real estate training modules utilized throughout all 50 states.
Shawn is actively involved in the Women's Council of Realtors and, through her love of golden retrievers, contributes to the nonprofit organizations Golden Retriever Club of America, Golden Retriever Rescue of SWFL, and Golden PAWS Assistance Dogs.
