Englewood Central
The central section of Englewood has recently shown significant growth and change, with the addition of a number of new homes and the rejuvenation of older areas. The largest of the communities in this region is Rotonda, which is community-driven and comprised of a number of diverse neighborhoods. Of the newer subdivisions, many are gated and a few provide for deeded beach rights and private beach clubs.
Predominantly deed-restricted, there are a myriad of housing options, including condominiums, villas, single-family residences and estate properties with lavish grounds. Additionally, vacant parcels are still available for building a dream home.
