Much of this area encompasses salt water creeks that provide access to the Intra-Coastal Waterway and Lemon Bay, and is highly popular due to its fishing piers, green spaces and golf courses. A very convenient location to beaches, hospitals and shopping, many of the area restaurants are known for their casual dining and tropical atmosphere.
A nice mix of older and newer homes, the area's feature neighborhood is Eagle Preserve- a private, gated bay front community with predominantly Key West-style homes and endless bay views.
