Amy was wonderful. She kept me updated on everything that was going on, she responded immediately when I had questions, she stayed on top of the interested parties and was calm but firm when we ran into an issue with my homeowners' association unfairly holding up the sale of my home. My house was on the market for only 11 days. The first offer we received we countered back and forth for a couple of days until we came to an agreeable price and Amy was concerned based on their pre-approval letter that they would not be approved for the amount we agreed on. She reached out to the buyers' lender and found out in fact that they would not. She immediately let me know and we countered another offer we had received and sold the house. Closing was in 30 days and my association needed to have an application, background check and “interview” done before we could close. Their realtor sent over the paperwork but the management company never got the check. Everything came to a halt 4 days before closing and Amy partnered with the buyers' realtor and the title company to try to get everything done by the closing date. Amy continued to follow up with the Title company for almost a week until closing was finally approved. It could have been an incredibly stressful situation for all of us (and was) but she handled it all with grace and calm. I would HIGHLY recommend Amy for anyone looking to buy or sell. She clearly knows the industry and stayed ahead of things at all times.

On a scale of one to ten, our overall experience with Amy was a twelve. As Rachel told me many times when there were tasks to be completed, Amy was “on it”! We completed our visits to potential properties within two days and made an offer on day three. We were in St. Louis, Missouri during most of the time between making the offer and the closing. Amy helped keep the process moving forward smoothly and coordinated all of the inspections and follow-up. The owner of the house was out of the country on the day of close. Amy helped keep the Title Company representative from having a heart attack when a few details needed to be worked out with the owner on the other side of the planet. Over the years we have purchased several homes. This was the smoothest process we have experienced. Amy gets credit for that!

In January 2016 my mother passed away in Sarasota, Florida, I was living in Rochester, NY and was made the executor of her estate and was given the task of selling her home.
