George and I wanted to pass along our appreciation for all Amy did for us in finding our dream home in Florida.  We started the process over two years ago with getting a feel for the Sarasota/Bradenton area and what type of house we would like.  Amy was very patient and responsive throughout the entire process.  When we finally did decide on new construction it was during the Covid crisis preventing us from traveling to FL from CT to see the development in person and to check on the building progress. Amy stepped in and followed up with the builder on delays/clarifications as well as sending us weekly video updates on the progress. We couldn’t be happier with the great service she provided and care she displays for her clients throughout the entire process.  Virtual acquisitions are not easy but Amy put our minds at ease to get us comfortable that everything was completed as expected. Now that we are settled in our new home we couldn’t be happier with our decision on our new home purchase as well as our decision on realtor. Well done Amy. We have been working with Amy over a year and a half on what started as a long range plan to relocate from CT to FL. Even though the purchase was not imminent she patiently worked with us sharing homes and taking us on tours several times. I have been working with Amy for quite some time to learn about Sarasota area neighborhoods and communities and she has provided current, relevant information to help me make my decision. Once I decided it was time to make my purchase, Amy shared weekly updates on current homes for sale and then set up a plan to see preferred homes in a two day schedule. I was able to make my decision and sign my purchase agreement contract within a few days of seeing my new community. As I am a long distance buyer & now that my new home is in construction, Amy is sharing weekly progress pictures & videos and I feel like I am there.
