We met her several years ago while we were Looking for a home off the Beach. She spent days and weeks with us and we looked at everything, till she took me to see a new listing. I knew the moment I walked into the home, that this was the one. By 5 pm that evening we bought the house.We became very good friends with Carol. She has introduced us to many great restaurants and places to go in Beautiful Sarasota.11 years later we decided to downsize for health reasons. Carol then found us a Villa, actually on the same Golf Course, only a mile from our home.

We met Carol Thomas 10 Years ago when we were looking to move off Siesta Key Beach. She has gone over and above our standards to find us a house, off the key but close, so everyone could still enjoy our beautiful beaches. After looking daily for 3 months, she found us the PERFECT HOME. I knew it when we walked in, that she found everything we were looking for. We bought it that evening. We have been very satisfied with our home all these years, and Carol and I have remained good friends ever since.We are snowbirds, so we are only here in the winter mostly. Recently, my husband and I have had health problems, and we have decided to sell our beautiful home and downsize. Again, Carol has come to our rescue, as we didn't want to leave the area. She has found us a lovely villa, about a stone’s throw from our home.Carol Thomas has been on top of everything, in assisting us in every way, to get our home in great shape for sale and helping out to get us moved into our new villa. She's been there for everything. We can't say enough wonderful things about her. That's why we feel confident that she will sell our home quickly, to someone that will love our home, as much as we did.

Carol Thomas was recommended by a friend. At first I was skeptical because she worked out of Siesta Key and may not want to waste a lot of time with someone on a small budget and looking in the Venice area. Boy was I wrong! From our first contact she treated me as if I was her best friend and was going to get me a great home. She exceeded all my expectations and was always available with great advice. Kudos to her and everyone in Michael Saunders & Co. who helped me get through the nerve wracking home buying process.

Carol Thomas had come highly recommended to me both for the sale of my condo on Siesta Key and later the house off Beneva Rd my father resided at before passing away suddenly in April. Both properties were in the family for many years and were a 'challenge' to sell for differing reasons.  I live in England so having such an attentive yet market-practical real estate professional was paramount. Carol went out of her way to make sure I had both properties in the most appropriate selling condition and priced correctly for the changing sales market that presented itself. I have several friends who have bought/sold in Sarasota recently who did not have nearly such a positive experience.
