Christy Neff did a superior job of finding the perfect home for two ladies from California. With just a phone call she got the ball rolling. Staying up late nights and with very little sleep, she was always willing to run us around Florida. Then, wow, after long days of driving us everywhere, we found a really wonderful home. Although we have decided not to buy a house in Sarasota, we certainly enjoyed working with her and we have already referred her to another potential buyer.

We have been coming to the Sarasota area for about 10 years. We found ourselves without accommodations for 2018 unexpectedly. Christy has spent time and has been extremely helpful in helping us to find new accommodations for the coming year. Due to job-related relocation(s), I have had the opportunity to work with several real estate companies / brokers. In 2012 when I was being transferred to Sarasota (from Connecticut), a family friend recommended Christy Neff. Not only was she familiar with the Sarasota market, but also well versed in points north and south. Her tireless energy enabled us to view almost 20 properties over 2 days, picking the ideal home. She followed up with the home inspection, truly our advocate, making sure that all agreed upon stipulations were met. My wife and Christy kept in touch and when I was being transferred to Maryland in 2017, Christy was instrumental in coordinating our sale. Fast forward to 2021, we touched base with Christy as we were looking to move back to Sarasota (my wife's health was deteriorating and we wanted to get back to the area that we both loved to spend as much time as possible). Christy worked tirelessly to find us the perfect location. Unfortunately, prior to our move, my wife passed away and the move did not happen. Christy (and Jack) also put me in touch with legal representation to ensure my best interests were being adhered to. With my eldest daughter in college at Sarasota, Christy made sure that my daughter had her number and to reach out if she ever needed anything. Christy is so much more than a real estate agent; she is a true friend. I look forward to working with her again when I do retire as I plan on relocating back to a place that my wife and I both fell in love with.

This is the first house we have sold thru Christy Neff, but not our first experience working with her. We also bought the house thru Christy and are building a new house with her help! Each step of selling the house was made easy and pleasant due to Christy's positive attitude and her ability to go above and beyond during the smooth processes and "bumps in the road"! There wasn't one question she couldn't answer or even foresee coming! 5 star rating for Christy Neff, will definitely recommend her to others!

Christy is the most professional, understanding, easy going realtor anyone could ever ask for. She is patient and responds to any questions you may have in an instant and will drop whatever she is doing to help. We've dealt with other agents that showed us a few properties, became impatient when we didn't purchase one of them and then proceeded to blow us off. Christy will go to the ends of the earth to ensure you find the perfect home and won't abandon you even after the sale. We can't say enough good things about her and consider her a friend more than an agent, which is why we have used her on more than one purchase, and will continue to use her as well as recommend her to our friends. We had rented a condo in Sarasota some years ago and two days before going home, we met Christy in the lobby of our building, showing a unit . She gave a short assessment of the Sarasota market, pricewise and availability. She was was free the next day and we were ready for a tour. I think we saw about 30 condos, mostly on the keys but als around the city. We were dead tired, it was 4.30 and wanted to go home. She absolutely insisted that there is one more unit to look at. By that time she had figured ou what we were looking for. As we drove into Bays Bluff - 14th St directly on the Bay - and walked around the 6-story building, a huge oak tree like a sculpture in front of us, the seawall, the water with the Pelikans fishing right behind, we were almost sold. When we entered the unit on the 4th floor, stepped on the balcony, we made an offer. A counter offer 20 minutes later, a final offer from us and we owned our own place. We were lucky, the view, the location, unique., it was exactly what we expected. As a good Realtor Christy had left our unit for the last option. Our experience with Christy Neff and the selling of our home was nothing short of amazingly wonderful and nothing less than "5" stars. She is the consummate professional. From the explicit detail of the staging of the home to the orderly management of the prospective buyers, what we apprehensively feared before hand was actually an exciting and satisfying experience. We were blessed and fortunate that there was no shortage of interest in our home, which Christy deserves most of the credit for the outstanding way she advised us how to get it prepared. The photography presented for public viewing was spectacular and resulted in over a thousand viewers and hundreds of "Likes" in the less than 24 hours. The numbers could have simply been overwhelming and unmanageable had Christy not taken the professional control and command that she calmly exhibited. I mention this because the average homeowner is not equipped to handle this kind preparedness or response. We had numerous offers above our asking price the first day of showing and a contract by the close of the first day. We had been coming to Sarasota for a number of years, always staying with friends. We love the beaches, Beer Can Iland at the North end of Lonboat key was our favarite beach. We lived in Vermont and Sarasota was a better way to spend the winter. In spring of 2011 we rented for the first time from friends for 4 weeks. At the verry end of our stay we wanted to rent a nice place for the next year but found that this is not affordable. So we found Christy who showed us around for an entire day, but nothing realy fit. We were ready to quit but Christy wanted to show us one more place, we absolutely had to see it, Bays Bluff Condo right on the bay side on 14th st. and Tamiani. We walked into the fourth floor apartment and said it is sold. The price was right, we made an offer a shade down, got a positive reply. On all her other showings we commented and told her what did'nt fit. She kept this in her mind and left the solution to the end. A real smart realtor.
