Working with Dana and her partner Donald Geikie on the sale of our home has been a pleasure. They carefully explained the process and their approach and have kept us fully informed at each step in the process. They have different personalities but blend together seamlessly. In spite of being straight, Dana proved to be fussier and have the better eye. We were very satisfied that they were able to help in our negotiations with the Seller. They were the first agents we thought of when we decided to sell a rental property this year. With their advice, we set a price and quickly received a full-price offer that we accepted. Again they fulfilled our expectations on a smooth transaction.
