Daniela Kaskey

My experience with Daniela Kaskey has been one that I have enjoyed. I find her professionalism to be filled with the utmost knowledge. My background was in real estate in another state, so I feel I have the experience to rate her performance. Not only do I appreciate her professionalism, but I totally admire her as a person.  

We are a Massachusetts-based company that chose to expand operations to the state of Florida. I had driven over 1600 miles for two weeks in Florida looking for the perfect space for my new business, which has many more challenges than just finding a retail space. We needed a real estate agent that understood our situation and was willing to help me work through this unique process. Daniela had incredible vision and drive and was able to find me the needle in the haystack. She did so by listening to my needs and matching me with the perfect location. Today we are successfully growing month over and month and Daniela was instrumental in helping us achieve our goals.

After using Daniela Kaskey on the sale and rental of our retail center we couldn’t be more pleased with her performance. She was very professional and knowledgeable from start to finish at both the rental side and the sales side. She never pushed us to accept an offer and was always willing to listen to our request.
