One afternoon I took a chance on a whim and walked into Michael Saunders to just ask a few real estate questions seeing that my wife and I are new to the area. And a few months later, we not only have a new, beautiful home, but we also have a new friendship with a great guy. David made sure all our questions or concerns were answered without delay, even after hurricane Ian rushed through. We missed our closing date due to the storm and really didn't know what would happen next. And knowing just like many others here, David also had to start a tremendous amount of debris clean-up, and home repairs of his own, he still made sure that our dream became a reality.
