Carol Stewart and Janie Vaughan were terrific!  They met with us many times to “fine-tune”  the advertising and showings of the property.  We respected their expertise and professionalism. Although the selling period was long, they never gave up and constantly encouraged us not to give up. I’m not sure there are enough positive adjectives to describe my relationship with Jane Vaughan. Knowing her as a friend and neighbor first was all I needed to know when it came to choosing a realtor to sell our property and my instincts were spot on. She gave her undivided attention to selling our villa and you would have thought she was selling a $20,000,000.00 property but she wasn’t. However, I came to realize that she gives that same amount of attention to all her clients regardless of how big or small the deal is. She is a true professional that knows her business and she goes above and beyond during the process and even after her work is done. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend her to anyone who is looking to sell their property. And best of all I have a wonderful friend for the rest of my days!!
