I am a relatively new transplant to South West Florida from Las Vegas, via New Jersey. I am a modest real estate investor who served as President of a privately owned real estate investment firm in Las Vegas. I ran the day to day operations of that company for a little over ten years. The portfolio consisted of over 110 Single Family Rental Homes, 4 Commercial Buildings and an 82 unit Motel in downtown Las Vegas.But enough about me. I give my back story to make the point that I have dealt with ALOT of realtors in my time.After renting a house for a year down here I was ready to buy my personal home.
