Not only is Joan a first-class real estate agent who, along with her colleague, guided me through the purchase of two condominiums, but Joan has subsequently taken the time to stay in touch, answer questions, and provided lists of trusted home-care professionals for everything from housekeeping, grocery shopping, and maintenance to interior decoration and information relevant to my cultural interests in this new city. Most recently, several months after my condominium purchase, Joan offered to stand as notary to witness my signature on legal papers. Understanding my concern about coronavirus transmission, Joan thoughtfully set up a socially distanced and masked meeting in a spacious conference room within our building, and with her colleague as witness, Joan not only guided me through the paperwork, notarized, the signature sheet, and faxed the papers to the law firm for me. Giving up an hour or more of her time simply to help, is above and beyond expectations. What an outstanding professional!
