In the beginning of our search, homes were all different styles and price ranges. But in the end, this proved valuable because our purchase was out of our envelope we gave John to work with. John was always in communication and available for calls or text the whole time and again, valuable because we are out if state buyers. The market conditions in our area was a sellers’ market, John was able to stay calm and steady and pressed on after each home was gone with days after our interest of that home. John was great to work with. Couldn't have asked for a better fit for us, as he tried to acknowledge all the requirements and requests we, asked for, but also keeping in mind the market and area that we were looking in. After our first contract fell through, John couldn't do more for us than he did, especially knowing how disappointed we were. He was always there for us and when he couldn't, he made sure to find someone that could help, so as not to miss out on anything. There's a reason for everything, and John saw it in my expression when I first walked in the house we eventually purchased. I loved the house! We couldn't be happier than to have John by our side during our purchase of our new home.

We recently purchased a new home and then sold our home through your company.  The realtor we worked with was John Burkholder.John was fantastic to work with!  We met by chance because a for-sale sign was accidentally placed on a piece of land that we owned.  I contacted John and told him this and he took care of it right away.  When we talked with him we mentioned that we were looking for some land to build on or a house to purchase.  From the time that we talked to him, to the purchase of our new house, John was always in contact with us on parcels of land or houses that we may be interested in.  He spent a lot of time working for us and ultimately found us the perfect house!  Then when it came to selling the house that we were in, again he was right on the ball! Even after our move, John checked in to see how we were enjoying our new house.  The very nice young man who we now consider a friend! We’re glad that the sign was put on the wrong property or we never would have met John!  Everything has worked out perfectly and this is because of all the hard work John put into his job and finding us our new home!

For John Burkholder. He showed us every property we had any interest in. Due to the fact that we’re living 5,000 miles away, and a 6 hr time difference, we did all showings via FaceTime and John was alway conscious of the time difference. Closest thing to being there. He managed to help keep us on tract w both our property preferences and price range. We viewed a minimum of 10 properties, finally deciding on one of the last properties which he felt checked most of our boxes, and it did. After our offer price was countered by the seller, he kept us in constant contact, we were then able to make a counter which was accepted. John was my “boots on the ground” during home inspections, and other times when someone had to be at the property. I’m familiar with the home buying process and I never felt alone or handicapped (with my inability to be at the property) knowing John was representing my best interests. M Saunders has a very good reputation,(I looked into them prior to choosing them) and it’s no wonder if they staff their team w people like John. Mahalo!
