I asked John what he knew and thought about a couple of properties I was looking at. John took the time to thoroughly investigate them then offered excellent advice whether to proceed. I have always enjoyed speaking with John in person and by email. He is my person to go to about real estate in SW Florida.

John really took a personal interest in helping us find the house that was right for us. We were buying in a tight market, and he navigated us trough offer, strategizing us to make our offer as competitive as possible. His knowledge of the local real estate market is extraordinary - deep and broad. He was extremely prompt when we asked him for anything, whether showing a home, requesting information, or his opinion. John frequently helped us clarify our options, but he never pressured us in any direction. We always felt that we made good decision and that John was our knowledgeable, helpful and efficient agent.

I have to say John Ludden is the second-best realtor my wife and I have ever met. My wife too is a realtor so that’s why John is second ??. John is a fantastic guy, very professional, and worked very hard to get us the best deal for my uncle's house. We enjoyed working with him so much we have decided to purchase a home in Punta Gorda and John has been looking for one for us. We would have loved to buy my uncle's house but it was a little out of our price range and it would have been too emotional for us to live there. John is an absolute gem of a realtor to work with!! His communication style is very calm and supportive and his follow-up is excellent. He is willing to take as much time as it takes to find the home of your dreams. John was unbelievable in helping us achieve this purchase. We come from Massachusetts and had a very small viewing schedule and John set aside an entire day to not only bring us but drove us to many different properties that he and I narrowed down by emails and texts through pics and information.  John actually had a property in mind for us that we did not choose during the email process, but John said that this property sounded like exactly what we were looking for but that the pics sent earlier didn't do the property justice.  Boy was he right, we visited the sites my wife and I picked and he asked us to please give him a minute to show us what he thought fit our model.  We not only loved it, we bought it.  John made our process so much easier and kept our model in mind and I can't thank him enough.  If he is representative of your staff then you have the best staff ever employed.  I can't recommend Michael Saunders enough as the only Real Estate company that I would ever consider using.
