I cant say enough good things about the way Kathy handled the sale of my home. Never have i seen someone work as hard as she did for us. I could go on for hours about how much she did to sell my home.. which i thought was an easy task.. but she showed me differently. Her ideas and her dedication was second to none. If you want someone who will help you from start to finish Kathy is your person. There are so many obstacles in selling a home and she not only guided us she put her hands to work and helped me on many many situations. I was very impressed about how much she knew about all the legal part of selling a home also. I would highly recommend Kathy to anyone who wants to sell a home.

I'd like to give Kathy a will deserved 5 star rating. She met and exceeded my expectations in the sale of my property. Prior to signing a contract with Kathy, I had another real estate company represent me for seven months with only one verbal offer. She listed my property late a Friday afternoon at the prior asking price and had a showing the following Sunday even before she had a sign posted on the property. After the scheduled showing she had a walkup prior to leaving the property and that party ended up purchasing the property at the asking price. I account this sale to her knowledge, lovely personality and her on site presentence.

When I decided to that I wanted to buy a new home, I asked Kathy to be my realtor. I told her what we were looking for, and boy did she ever go the extra mile to find it. Kathy found several very nice properties to look at, and while we didn't buy the first few, she kept me updated almost daily on new possibilities until we found The one we're looking for. Once we made an offer, with guidance from Kathy, we had an agreement to buy. From that point on, she guided us every step of the way with all the kindness you could ever hope for. Kathy made sure everything went smoothly all the way to closing day, every little thing that came up, she was on top of. I highly recommend Kathy if you are looking to buy your dream home.

2 minutes ago Kathy was our realtor when we were looking for a house to buy in Bradenton last year. She did a great job, worked very hard and found a home for us that met the needs of all of our family. We are extremely pleased with the house and with the deal she negotiated for us. We had our house on the market with another realtor for six months with no offers. Kathy came in, recommended a few small projects and some staging.We did what she said and it immediately generated interest and some offers with contingencies that we chose not to take. We listed in late summer and within 3 months our house was sold. I can't tell you how grateful we are that we found her. We also appreciated Michael Saunders' caravan of realtors taking a look at our home after it was listed and providing advice. That was useful to us.  Kathy is a fabulous realtor - she knows the business well and works extremely hard. She knew the people at every open house by their names, their interests and she came to other realtors'  showings to market our home. We had never heard of a realtor doing this.  Even though we were in Minnesota already, she kept in great contact with us and with our son who was still in our Florida home, providing updates and information without me having to call. We were not used to this level of proactive communication, and it was just wonderful. She went beyond what any realtor I had ever heard of would do, even stopping over and helping me de-clutter my garage when I flew down to quickly get it done. It's obvious she really loves her job and she sincerely cares about the people who are trying to sell their home and those trying to find a home.  My opinion of Kathy as a realtor comes not just from her sale of our home. We contacted her  to help us after she sold our neighbor's home in 3 days. He had it listed with another realtor prior to that for seven months. When Kathy initially walked in to take a look at our house, she met my 25-year-old college student son Jonathan who was living in the house and talked with him.  He called me afterward and said, "Mom, I think she's going to be good. She's really detailed and seems really determined. I think it might be good to have a woman realtor." I do too, if that woman is Kathy Bergloff. 

Sorry this is late, but with the selling of my home in Florida and purchasing another home in North Carolina, time just passes quickly. I want to thank Ms. Kathy Bergloff for all that she did during the selling of my home. From the beginning of our contact she was friendly, understanding of my needs and easy to communicate with. Kathy went "Above and Beyond" in dealing with me in another state and dealing with the buyers agent who was also from another state. Kathy helped with all of the repairs that were done to the house by me from the inspection report. During the time of my selling, Hurricane Irma went thru the state of Florida and Kathy left her home to go check on mine to make sure it was okay. Always keeping in contact with me with all that was going on. I would recommend Ms. Bergloff to any of my friends that are considering a move. If you want results, you want Kathy Bergloff as your realtor. Our neighbor switched to Kathy after six months on the market and no sale, and his house sold within 3 days. We were in the same situation – six months and no offers – so we asked Kathy to take a look at our house and tell us what she thought. She told us several critical things we should do, and suggested we stage several key rooms. She said, "I can't see why this house wouldn't sell within three months." Kathy was so great, she really went the extra mile to make sure our home buying experience went smoothly. She answered every question expertly, and kept the whole process organized. If there was any glitch she took care of it, or steered us through it. If we ever buy another home in Bradenton or anywhere near, we will want Kathy to be our realtor again.

When we ask Kathy to help us find a home, We told her what we were looking for and the area that we preferred, Right away she began the search and she would update us each multiple times per week and letting us know what she had found. I am so happy to have had you to help me through this process. It is not everyday that I sell my house. I do not know how folks can sell their house without a realtor. It is mind boggling and you can never be sure about whoever wants to buy it, I thank you for being my guardian angel and my friend.
