Moving back to Florida was a PROCESS for us!  Mrs. Linda not only made the PROCESS bearable, but she also made the PROCESS happen! If it were not for her calm, cool, and collected manner of executing her major skills, we would have lost the deposit on the first home that we tried to purchase due to fault by our lender Wells Fargo.  However, Mrs. Linda used her mad skills and experience to fight for us (without ever raising her voice). She helped us navigate a way out of the 2nd home that we tried to purchase when we discovered that it was in a flood zone after applying for the loan. In the end, she helped us negotiate a wonderful purchase price on the brand new home that we just purchased at 3803 Scrub Creek Run!  Mrs. Linda is a jewel!  She's an accomplished and experienced agent who goes above and beyond for her clients!  I wish every home buyer had someone like her on their side! 

We recently reluctantly sold our "Beach Bungalow" in the Riverview District of Bradenton. Linda Stowe was a delight. Though the house sold quickly, Linda still needed to run back and forth between Sarasota and 24th St NW in Bradenton. She did so willingly and somewhat frequently.  She made the entire process as painless as possible. We would not have sold if the property taxes on a rather small residence had not become untenable.  And, as we were targeting the Pensacola area for our new place of residence, your firm recommended we contact and work with Dione Dunn of Levin Rinke Realty of Gulf Breeze.Fabulous recommendation. She worked tirelessly to find just the right new home for us.  Additionally, my wife now has a new friend.
