Marcy was awesome to work with and she helped us find our beautiful Florida condo! Initially we were looking in a different part of Florida before redirecting our search to Punta Gorda Isles (PGI). Our original realtor was not able to show us the PGI properties in the timeframe we required so he linked us up with Marcy. She worked diligently to schedule our viewings that same morning and follow-up the next day for second-looks before we were flying back to Michigan. Marcy was fantastic throughout the entire process! She was extremely organized, thorough, very well-versed on the market, and extremely personable. Marcy maintained excellent and timely communication from start to finish too. Hands down, Marcy is deserving of a 5 star rating!! We would definitely refer family and friends to Marcy!

Marcy Davis came to us via a referral from friends whom she helped to purchase their new home. We certainly did not make it easy for her as we were living out of state, therefore we were not able to view homes in person. When we decided on a new home build, Marcy ensured that we had all the information we needed. When it came time to do a walk-thru during the construction phase, Marcy and met with our construction foreman and conducted a video call with us during the almost 2 hour inspection. They also recorded the walk-thru for us as there was so much to see and remember. Marcy also provided us with referrals for doctors; an attorney (if we needed for the closing); local attractions, etc. We are more than happy to recommend Marcy to anyone in need for a realtor. Marcy was the listing agent for a lot we were interested in purchasing. We were out-of-town buyers and had no agent of our own. We flew into Florida for just a few days and met Marcy at the lot. She knew we would have a lot of questions so she went out of her way and, with our permission, contacted a builder to meet us at the lot so we could get our questions answered. After just a few minutes, we could tell that we could count on Marcy to have our best interests at heart. Marcy has been involved in many aspects of real estate for years and is so knowledgeable. She spent the next few days with us showing us existing homes and new home developments so that we could make an informed decision on what to purchase. During those days, we got to know Marcy better. She is an amazing person and an amazing real estate agent. There was never any pressure, no "car salesman" tactics, she only wanted to help us get what we were looking for. In the end, we did purchase the lot, but then we needed some place to live in FL, so Marcy ran around for days and days doing video calls with us and showing us condos that were for sale. She was so patient with us (and I'm sure she was ready to strangle us) even though we changed our minds and the direction we wanted to go multiple times. We highly recommend Marcy and would give her 10 stars if we could. One last thing, we have also worked with the Title department at Michael Saunders and have been very satisfied and impressed with them too!!
