We put it on the market in October, 2014, it was under agreement by mid-December and closed in January, 2015. Between the listing and the agreement, Maruta hosted at least a half-dozen open houses. She presented the home at its best, on web sites, in helping us prepare for the showing, in her gracious handling of other realtors and prospects, in following up when she saw the interest, and especially in knowing how to move an interested party to close the sale. It’s true that Michael Saunders provides impressive resources behind the sale of a house, but it’s the skill of the agent that puts them together, persuades the seller of their value, and uses them effectively. Maruta is exceptional. She did a wonderful job, and we were lucky to have her representing us.

My wife and I were fortunate to find a home with the help of Maruta Miluns. Knowing Maruta as such a well-respected Realtor, our choice of who to deal with was easy. About 6 weeks ago I came to Longboat with a very short timeframe (2 weeks) to find a condo. Maruta Miluns was phenomenal.
