Pam Wall is amazing. Were it not for her, and the effort she puts into helping her clients achieve their goals, we probably would not now be living here. We came in October. Pam and Bob spent two days giving us a thorough introduction to the Sarasota market. We went back to Virginia and spent the next eight months prepping, listing, and finally selling our house there, all the while following this market online with Pam’s unflagging assistance, suggestions and answers. We came back in July, ready to buy. We knew what we wanted. So did Pam. Within two days, she had shown us the house in which we now live. By day three we were in competition for it. It should also be noted that her efforts on our behalf did not stop when we closed on this house. Her recommendations of whom to call to get what accomplished have continued, and been “right on.” We cannot recommend her highly enough.
