I utilized Michael Saunders and specifically Patty Brooks to find and purchase my first home. Patty was extremely helpful and patient with me throughout the entire purchasing process and was quick to answer any questions I had. Patty went above and beyond, including working odd hours to make sure we found exactly the home we wanted. I would highly recommend Patty and Michael Saunders to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Patty is awesome to work with. She brought us thru the process of selling our house and she smoothed out the process from beginning to end. I can’t thank her enough. Patty spent the better part of a year helping us look for a home to retire from STL to Florida. Timing was difficult because we had to sell our STL home before we could commit to a home here. Patty was amazing for us. We were relocating from the northeast and had a very limited amount of time I could be in Bradenton to look for homes before we had to move here for a new job. After a weekend of house hunting that did not yield the perfect home we had such confidence in Patty that when a home we thought might be the one came on the market the morning after I returned up north, Patty checked it out for us and suggested it was the one. With the market being as hot as it was was I was not going to be able to see it for myself before it would have been under contract. Patty called us after seeing it and told us it was the one. We never had a doubt that she was correct. We are happily in the house today and if it wasn't for her judgement, aggressiveness and understanding of what we were looking for our budding family would not be in the perfect house for us!
