He created an itinerary of units to see which met my specifications, and on the first trip out I found exactly what I wanted. He has kept in touch with me throughout the process and kept me calm while I waited for the condo board's decision on my application. His guidance made the home buying process much easier, and his suggestions have been very helpful. It's been a pleasure to work with him.

I made contact with Megg & Ralph Faillace, of your Bradenton Manatee office, through the recommendation of a friend of mine.   At the time, my mother was in poor health and I was exploring the possibilities of selling her home and relocating her.   I knew from my initial meeting with Megg that she and I were going to be a good fit to take care of my mother's needs and mine.  As things progressed, they stayed with me, checking in, offering suggestions and never exerting any pressure.   Sadly, my mother passed away and when she did they were right there offering support.   Through their suggestions, their "above and beyond" approach to mom's house, we came to a successful sale last month.    All this was made more difficult by my own personal situation, living in Boston, and it all being so difficult to deal with on a daily basis.   Nothing daunted Megg, and with Ralph's help, they enabled me to sell the property.    Something I read on the first folder from your company that Megg handed me, stands clearly in my mind.   Exceptional people, properties and service.   This sums up what Megg and Ralph Faillace embody.    Truly professional, but with that personal touch.   I hope they will be recognized as such. Thank you for providing the people to enable me to put this difficult chapter in my life to a very good closing.
