I’m just sending a quick thank you note and acknowledgment of the terrific service and professionalism shown by one of your sales associates, Rob Brooker. As a new resident to the area and state, Rob was instrumental as a valuable resource beyond the real estate transaction. Rob was helpful making recommendations and providing guidance regarding some of the nuances of HOAs, CDDs, and development activity in the area. While we were working overseas we knew when we came back to the US we would be looking for a home in FL. After doing some 'surfing' of the various FL real estate web sites we soon realized that the Michael Saunders site was the most informative and user friendly. Robert Brooker is a one of a kind person. He is professional, gracious, and very giving of his time. My experience with Robert was excellent, as he went above and beyond to make the sale of my property happen. My wife and I recently purchased a new home through Rob Brooker here in Venice. We were coming from a gated, canal-side condominium in Fort Myers Beach which we loved very much. But we wanted to be closer to the grandkids who live just off Jacaranda Blvd.  We wanted another condo, near the water, with low maintenance. Rob worked with us for over a month, showing us several options as our realization of waterside changed. After submitting several listings for us to review on multiple occasions (as our thoughts changed). We were looking for water and wanted to avoid golf but as reality set in and other attributes were considered, we closed on a property in Plantation.  Rob was very patient, very accommodating, answered all out nagging questions and got us into a home that we love. We never felt pressured as we went through the process of elimination to prioritize our changing view as it evolved. Rob worked with us.

I would like to commend Rob Brooker for his outstanding expertise, assistance and support in selling our residence in Venice.  Rob’s help in preparing the home for sale, finding qualified contractors to make the house even more appealing, facilitating removal of unwanted property, and knowledge of the resale market was unparalleled, resulting in us receiving an offer from the first people to visit the home!!
