Ron was so easy to work with and able to change directions whenever we threw a change his way. My husband and I often don't agree on things and Ron found a property that fit most of what each of us wanted. He will also be present for the home inspection and the closing so we don't have to make special trips from Wisconsin. Ron was extremely helpful to us in getting Mom's house ready to sell. The house hadn't been "lived in" for several years and we found many unexpected repairs that were needed. Ron was able to give us several suggestions on reliable, reasonable repair options. We also had a great deal of items to get rid of, as well as, cleaning to do. Ron, again, was so helpful suggesting the White Glove Goodwill Service and offered to have the house cleaned before listing it. His help continued once we left FL and came home. Ron coordinated the Goodwill pick up and the actual mover's picking up items being moved to Mom's home in WI. Then when the house went on the market, it sold in less than 48hrs due to Ron's commitment to get Mom's house sold for her. It's stressful enough having to break your home, go through cherished memories, pack, etc - but Ron made everything so easy! He also was an excellent communicator during the entire process. We would give him a 5 plus for the service he gave us.

I am not normally one for reviews, but Ron definitely earned a good one from me. He handled the prep of our property wonderfully. His market analysis was spot on and he deftly handled a number of rather challenging offers. His guidance and professionalism made the remote sale of our property smooth and painless. I would recommend him highly and I will absolutely be using him in the future.

We had had my mother’s house on the market for quite a while with no success, and very few showings. We switched over to Ron Paul, after the contract with the first realtor was completed. The pictures, the staging and the professionalism of Mr. Paul was well above anything we had experienced with the other realtors. My mother was elderly had lost my father and was distraught on the house, not selling. She had move to North Carolina to a condo that I had got her and the thought of having to carry that house was giving her great deal of anxiety. Not only did Ron Paul find a buyer within the first showing , he also was able to get the house closed in less than a month. I used to run customer service for a major retailer, and I have never experienced this level of Customer Service in this profession before.

Ron Paul had approached me during an estate sale at my mother’s home in July of last year, after the passing of my mother in April.  From the moment I met Ron, he was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. There were a few setbacks in the sale of this property.  None of these setbacks were any fault of Ron’s. He went above and beyond to calm my worries and handle everything that needed to be done to get the home ready to sell. I live in Buffalo, NY, so I really needed to have complete trust in a realtor to manage the property and sale of my mother’s home. I then received a letter yesterday that Ron had made a donation in my and my late mother’s name to MSC Foundation, which sounds like a worthwhile organization to help those in need. A realtor with your best interest at heart. He will give you an honest assessment of your property's worth. If you're selling he will help you get the property in the best shape possible letting you know what's needed for you to sell at the greatest price. He is knowledgeable not only in interior updates but also in exterior yard and curbside appeal. Although I had planned to remodel to get the property back in shape his suggestion helped with upgrading the total package without spending more than I originally planned.

In representing us, Ron was always immediately responsive to our emails, phone calls, and other inquiries - it did not matter if it was a weekday or weekend, his response time was exceptional.
