I cannot say enough about my positive experience working with Ryan Heers.  He listened and heard what I wanted in a property and worked diligently to find the real estate that met my needs.  He researched the properties appropriate for my dogs, pictured how my furniture would fit, and creatively brainstormed remedies to address flaws that needed attention. Ryan went above and beyond by not only finding a permanent home for me but continued to keep in touch after the sale to make sure that I had access to the contractors I would need to maintain the property. He even provided me a credit toward getting the house painted.  In addition to having the skills one would hope for in a realtor, Ryan has a sense of humor that made house hunting fun.  His warmth, caring, and apparent love for what he does shines through. I highly consider Ryan Heers as an "outstanding relator."  Working with Ryan means gaining a friendship, a friendship that I will cherish!
