Being Canadian snowbirds, who were unable to travel to Florida , we were concerned with the logistics of selling our home: executing the paperwork; preparing our home and addressing any shortfalls uncovered during the inspection; what to do with our vehicle, furniture, personal effects; etc. We interviewed a number of real estate agents, explaining our circumstances and concerns to each of them.
