When we decided to list our home this Spring, we immediately turned to Sandi Dietrich who has an extensive history of successful sales in our neighborhood. We knew this property could be a bit of a challenge to price and market because no direct open water resale had occurred in The Reserve at the Inlets and comps were limited to builder lots and newer construction. Sandi Dietrich Is an amazing lady, when we first met her I instantly knew she was the person I would trust the sale of our home with .
