It was about five in the afternoon on a Friday when we spotted a Michael Saunders & Company office. We were in Venice just to check it out and decided to stop in for general information. Sandra Defoe was working the desk. She was very welcoming and after 30 minutes of looking at every property she had narrowed down out interest to a manageable search.Her professionalism and warm personality made it easy for us to commit to coming back on Monday and working with her. After an exhausting search we found our home. Sandra always had OUR interest and not just to sell property. Her follow up is amazing and she definitely cares about her clients. She has even helped with issues since our closing and we consider her our friend. We have already told another friend of ours to check out Michael Saunders and Company.
