I’m writing to inform you of my recent experience with Michael Saunders & Company. Although I have been a homeowner before, I had not used a Realtor or actively searched for a house to purchase. I can’t imagine going through my recent home-buying journey with anyone other than the Alliano-Fox team. The difficulties that arose, and any questions or anxieties I experienced were quickly and considerately addressed. Early on I knew that I was in good hands with these two dynamic women. Susan and Sally were consummate professionals. It wasn’t just their knowledge that stood out, it was also their consistency. They always made time for conversations and inquiries, compassionately understanding any doubts or reservations and attending to details I couldn’t have anticipated or handled on my own. There are many daunting and confusing aspects of such a monumental transaction and I am eternally grateful for their advocacy and guidance.
