This is 6 years overdue, but never too late to add my comments to those above. They pretty much covered all of Terri's qualities as a wonderful Real Estate agent. I met Terri 9 years ago while she held an open house and for the next 3 years I looked at various houses and would consult with Terri to accompany me for viewing. March 2011 I finally purchased my Condo/Villa . Terri was all that has been stated above . not to mention her unbelievable Patience with me and the process. Fast forward to this current year, 2017, when Terri helped me sell a Condo for which I was the Executrix. It was a grueling process for me to rid the Condo of the contents and prepare it for sale. Terri was with me all the way and secured a wonderful contract. Can't say enough of Terri and all her diligence, cheerfulness , and attention to detail. She kept me informed constantly and the closing went smoothly. I can't say enough about Terri except if everyone employs her , she won't have a life to call her own!! In February 2024, my husband and I sat with the incredible,Terri Thacker, at the closing of our new home. It had been almost three years, since Terri started on a journey with us to find that special retirement home. We began in April of 2021, with a second year of Covid going strong. Terri began driving me around the Sarasota area for a week. She was such a pleasure to be with, as she never tried to force any particular subdivision or builder in our week together. She listened carefully, to my desires and kept driving until we found that place that met all my specifications and signed a contract. A month later, Terri, helped me pick out a lot with walking several times up and down the street and in areas behind the lots. Then she happily, walked it again in the hot sun with my husband. But then, Covid struck hard and the builder lost sub-contractors, which delayed the building of the home. Due to living 700 miles away, traveling was very, hard to do with restrictions, so Terri took upon herself to check on the house many times during the building process. Her unwavering dedication to us was amazing. Then she performed multiple walk throughs with the project manager and me, on Zoom, looking at each room. But her exemplary client service did not stop there, she went through the home again, with a home inspector and again, with us, before closing. She knew our home better than we did. For almost three years, she kept in touch regularly, she sent Thanksgiving, Christmas and Birthday cards for those years and whenever, I was sick. Her sweet, kind and thoughtful, demeanor, is a testament to what kind of person she is, but her professional skills as a real estate agent, are unmatched. But now, in addition to all the accolades above, I think of Terri, as my dear friend, whom I truly, admire.

As an out of state seller, there can be a myriad of issues that pop up that need to be addressed immediately before the problem can escalate. Not knowing the area it can be hard, if not impossible, to get reliable lawn care that keeps the property looking neat, the pool area weed free, or honest knowledgeable pool companies to service your pool or competent repair men. Being out of state we would not even have been aware that problems had arisen, if Terri had not been there to keep an eye on our property. Terri was on top of any issue that came up with all the answers and the best people to solve the issues. She checked on the property frequently and let us know what needed to be done. Terri is extremely knowledgeable and professional in every aspect of the sales process, and as a veteran of 12 moves, I can categorically state the Terri is the best!

My aunt bought a home from Terri Thacker several years ago, but when her health started to fail she decided to sell. The house sold, and was set to close, unfortunately my aunt passed away.
