We turned to Tina after 2 prior agents had failed to sell our Lakewood Ranch home in the past few years. We knew she was a top-selling agent who handled a lot of high-end properties, and didn't think she'd be interested in, or a good fit for, our modest one. But we interviewed her anyway, at the insistence of a mutual friend who knew her well. Tina "got" our house - the features that had led us to buy it years before - the second she walked in the front door, something the other agents we interviewed did not. We were also likely to receive a secondary offer that same day. We can't recommend Tina highly enough. If you're looking for a personable, down to earth agent who WILL sell your house call Tina.
