Tom was very cooperative helped a lot with sending out resources and helped us get resources that was needed for the house paperwork and not only that but stayed and helped with even when there was small mishaps. Tom and Madeline Childers were both instrumental in helping me have the home that I always wanted. I was able to buy a new construction home for the price that was within my means, and Tom help me secure a home that was being build right off a canal. They both did the extra work that was required. Tom did all the work to contact the owner of that property who lived out of state and was able to negotiate a fair price for me to purchase that property.
