With an abundance of caution and to help “flatten the curve” of COVID-19, our physical offices will be closed to the public effective Monday, March 23, 2020.  Some may be closed earlier than Monday, but we are just a phone call away.

Everyone in the Michael Saunders & Company family remains committed to being of service to you.  We will be accessible via cell, email, and text.  All properties available in our entire market area can be viewed much like a Virtual Open House on MichaelSaunders.com.  Our associates and staff are working just as hard – but differently.  We are still taking listings and writing and processing contracts.  Our mortgage, title and insurance teams are also equipped to handle business remotely.  We understand the importance of each and every transaction.

If there are no state or local mandates stating otherwise and with the approval of our sellers on a case-by-case basis, our agents will continue to show homes – following all precautions outlined by the CDC.  As always, we will be consulting with our customers to do what is best for them.

We, along with everyone on Florida’s Gulf Coast, will push through this time and emerge stronger for it. As we calmly navigate the market with a sense of purpose and awareness, we urge each of you to remember that we’re all in this together. It’s what makes us so proud to be part of the community.
